What we collect
When you submit a service request we collect your name, phone number, the area and property type of the job, what you told us about the problem, and any optional details you add such as building name, AC brand or photos. We also record technical data about how you reached us: the page you landed on, referrer and campaign parameters.
Why we collect it
To qualify your request and pass it to a service provider who can actually do the job, to keep you updated, to handle complaints and disputes, and to improve matching quality.
Who we share it with
Your contact details are shared with a service provider only after you give explicit consent during the request, and only with the single provider who accepts your job. Providers who decline or whose offer expires do not receive your phone number. We do not sell your data, and we do not send personally identifiable information to third-party analytics tools.
Processors we use
We use hosting and database infrastructure, an automation platform for messaging workflows, and the official WhatsApp Business platform for notifications where you have agreed to be contacted that way.
Retention
Request and job records are retained for as long as needed for support, dispute resolution and accounting. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
Your rights and contact
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by replying on WhatsApp to the number that contacted you about your request. We respond within a reasonable period.
