Our role
Cool Rescue Home Services FZ-LLC operates a matching service. We introduce customers to independent air conditioning service providers. We do not carry out repairs, employ the technicians, or set the price of the work.
The contract for the work
Any agreement for the AC work, including price, scope, warranty and timing, is directly between you and the provider who accepts your request.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information about the problem, the property and your contact details, and be reachable at the number you provide. Submitting false, abusive or spam requests may result in your requests being blocked.
Provider standards
Providers must be licensed to operate in the UAE, respond within the agreed time, quote before starting work, and behave professionally. Providers who fail these standards stop receiving requests.
Availability
We cannot guarantee that a provider will be available for every request, particularly at short notice. If nobody accepts, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.
Complaints
If something goes wrong with a job we introduced, reply on WhatsApp to the number that contacted you, or use the report option on your request tracking page. We record the dispute and follow it up with the provider.
